Pre-order Policy

What does Pre-order mean?

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on high-demand/popular items that are scheduled to be shipped at a future date. This means that the item is not in stock in our shop. We are waiting for it to arrive from the manufacturer. Please do not place an order if you're in a rush.

What are the advantages of buying a pre-order item?

The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is to guarantee that a popular item will not be sold out upon arrival at our store.

When will a Pre-order arrive?

Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date provided on the product page. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to communicate with our customers and update our site with any changes.

Will I be charged for Pre-Orders during checkout?

Yes, all pre-order products must be paid at the time of the order. This is to 100% guarantee your item.

How will I know when my pre-order is in stock?

You will receive an email, which will notify you that your item has arrived in our warehouse and is ready to ship. Please refer to our shipping policy for details.

What happens if I order In Stock and Pre-Order Merchandise in the same order?

Orders DO NOT SHIP until all items are in stock.  If you placed an order with multiple pre-orders at various dates, please note that it will not ship until the last item is in stock.  If you want items to ship as soon as they come in, please consider separating your orders.

What if I want to cancel my pre-order?
We do not accept cancellations of pre-ordered items.  Please be sure you are 100% on purchasing each Pre-Order Item. If you must cancel for any reason please refer to our Return Policy for further details or email us at hello@wrapboxx.com

Please understand it is possible for us to experience longer delays or unexpected shortfalls of stocks due to unforeseen events beyond our control. In any circumstances where we cannot fulfill your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and reimburse all costs of these items in your order including relevant shipping charges.
