Wrapboxx stands behind the quality of our products and services and we hope you love what you ordered.
WHAT can be returned?
Wrapboxx does not offer any refund for change of mind. In the event you would like to return your item for another product or store credit, the customer is liable for any and all shipping costs associated. We would only refund or exchange any products that are deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival. We take no responsibility in the event of a faulty item where special care instructions were not followed.
Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature and permanent processes of personalization, all monogrammed items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please ask any questions prior to ordering items to ensure satisfaction with your purchase.
WHEN do items need to be returned to?
For items that are damaged, defective or wrong item shipped, please send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Priority shipping service fee is not refundable.
Please contact us via email at Hello@wrapboxx.com prior to sending back the item. We will inform then of what the return instructions are.
HOW do customers return items?
It is very important that the item been returned is in "new", unused condition with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached. We will not be able to accept any item for return if it has been used. Please ensure you use a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received.
SHIPPING for returns?
All postage costs associated with the exchange/return are the responsibility of the customer. We regret we are unable to refund the original shipping and handling costs except in the case where the wrong order has been shipped.
CREDIT for returns?
We will credit your account once the item has been received.
